By accessing or using FundMi ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform. FundMi is a democratic crowdfunding platform operated in Nigeria.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use FundMi. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

FundMi operates a community pool funding model. Users can: • Submit funding requests (causes) with supporting documents • Donate to the shared community pool • Receive Voting Power (VP) by registering or purchasing VP packages • Use their Voting Power to vote for verified causes during active voting rounds The causes with the most votes at the end of a round receive funding from the pool. Donating to the pool does NOT automatically give you Voting Power. VP is earned through registration or purchased separately.

When submitting a cause, you agree that: • All information provided is truthful and accurate • Supporting documents are genuine and unaltered • You are the rightful recipient or an authorised representative of the cause • You will use any funding received solely for the stated purpose FundMi reserves the right to reject, remove, or investigate any cause at any time. Submitting false information may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

Voting Power is a utility feature of the FundMi platform. VP is not a financial instrument, investment, or currency. VP cannot be transferred, sold, or refunded. Purchased VP packages are non-refundable once credited to your account. FundMi reserves the right to adjust VP package pricing at any time.

All donations made to the FundMi community pool are final and non-refundable. Donations are processed securely via Paystack. FundMi applies a platform fee of up to 10% on each funding round disbursement. By donating, you acknowledge that your funds will be pooled with others and allocated based on community votes, not by your individual direction.

You must not: • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent causes • Manipulate or attempt to manipulate voting outcomes • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair voting advantages • Use the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes • Harass, threaten, or harm other users • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension.

All content on FundMi including logos, design, code, and copy is the property of FundMi and protected under applicable Nigerian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

FundMi is not liable for: • Loss or damage resulting from incorrect use of the platform • Fraudulent cause submissions by third parties • Technical failures, downtime, or data loss beyond our reasonable control • Actions or omissions of Paystack or other third-party service providers FundMi's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to FundMi in the 3 months preceding the claim.

FundMi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, before resorting to litigation.
